Smashbox Studio Skin Shaping Foundation Stick Review

Whilst attending the event for #Smashbox's new product launches, I was definitely intrigued when I first got introduced to their new #StudioSkinShapingFoundationStick. From just a quick swatch of the Shaping foundation, I can tell you that I found the formula of each side to feel velvety smooth, both the foundation and the contour shade have a very creamy #texture and smooth #consistency.

This double ended #foundation stick has foundation on one end and a complimentary soft #contour shade on the other.

The foundation stick has a #buildable coverage which gives off a #natural skin like finish once blended out. The contour shade is perfectly matched to compliment the foundation shade, with an angled tip to allow an easy application to sculpt #effortlessly.

Overall I really enjoy applying this #shaping stick, it's a no fuss, no mess, apply and go foundation, it blends out like a dream which makes it perfect for the girl on the go. The contour shade is incredible well matched with just the right undertone to compliment the #foundation, not too cool not too warm plus its so easy to apply if you're not a pro at contouring because of the angled shape.

In-terms of the #coverage it is buildable so you're able to apply a little more in areas where you need it the most whilst still having a healthy and skin-like finish.

I did wear this foundation throughout the day to truly it put it to the test. I must say that the foundation did settle into my problem areas although nothing a little #setting powder can't fix.

I was sent the shade 2.4 from Smashbox, unfortunately this is a tad bit too dark on me. I would suggest the shade 2.2 if you're an NC40 in MAC.

You can find this product at : Foschini, Woolworths and Edgars.

Until next time...
