K-beauty that wont break the bank? Yes please! Review on PONDS new sheet masks...

Now we all know how K-Beauty has exploded in the past couple of years. That is why I could not be more excited to hear that yet another brand has launched a K-Beauty inspired skincare product that is super budget friendly and so easily accessible to everyone.

PONDS, yes you heard me right had recently introduced their new sheet masks jam packed with 30X serum intensity into their masks with ingredients that have me doing the happy dance.

They've launched 3 amazing sheet masks targeted towards different skincare concerns.

1. Firming Serum Mask : key ingredients such as Collagen + Hyaluronic Acid + Brown Algae Extract.

2. Skin Brightening Serum Mask : key ingredients such as Niacinamide + Vitamin E + Sea Daffodil.

3. Wrinkle Correcting Serum Mask : key ingredients such as Green Retinol + Hyaluronic Acid + Avocado extract

and i have put the Firming Serum Mask + Skin Brightening Serum Mask to the test.

My verdict :

-both were lightly scented packed with a tone of serum and really well priced considering they’re made in Korea and retail for R49.95 at Clicks + Dis-Chem.

-the firming mask definitely did leave my skin feeling a lot tighter and sculpted but the brightening mask didn’t really make much of a difference for me personally.

One thing to keep in mind about masks is that they are not long term solution for skincare concerns but they definitely good boosters so you will see results but it’ll only be temporary.

I personally love to use a mask before my makeup application so it gives me a well moisturized surface to work on.

The only cons for me would be the size of the sheet mask as I have an extremely tiny face so they wouldn’t sit as nicely on me as opposed to others but this wouldn’t stop me from repurchasing.

These masks are super moisturizing! I mean you really don’t need to go in with a ton of products after using one of these which I really enjoy.

So if you're looking to get your hands on some k-beauty products these are a great place to start. P.S empty the remainder of the serum left behind in the packet into a glass container and keep it in the fridge for a quick boost or you can use it on the rest of your body.

Until next time..

Lots of Love
