So you’re probably been applying your blush COMPLETELY wrong all this time if you had no idea about face shapes.You’d think a brush across your general cheekbone area would cut it but actually there are different zones on every face shape where blush looks the best. The good news, here are few pointers on how to apply #blush perfectly for your #faceshape.
Round Face Shape
If you have a #round face shape I would advise keeping your #blush to the minimum, less is more ladies..when you're applying your blusher, smile and where-ever you have the most volume on your cheeks thats where you apply it, make sure to blend it upwards towards your earlobes, this will help elongate your face.
Heart Face Shape
#Heart shaped faces usually have fuller #cheeks, you can start by applying your blusher just below the apples of your cheeks and blend it downward towards your ears and your jawline to give your face a stronger angle.
TIP: Start with a minimal amount of product and build it up from there.
Square Face Shape
If you have a #square face shape you should apply your blush directly to your #cheekbones and sweep it toward your ears to make a thick horizontal line. The angular application will soften the angle of your face.
Oval Face Shape
This long and lean face shape is the most versatile for blush application. But as a general rule of thumb, apply to the apples of your cheeks and sweep back towards your temples.
Oblong face shape
This #elongated face shape generally has a little more room to go heavier with your #blush application. Apply it directly to the apples of your #cheeks and blend in a circular motion towards the outside of your face to refine your features.
